At least one person could be charged in connection with an accident that occurred on Summit Drive in Point Pleasant Boro on Wednesday night, police said.

Capt. Richard Larsen of the Point Boro Police Department would only confirm that "charges are pending" and that an investigation is continuing.

A "crime scene" was declared on Summit Drive in Point Boro Wednesday night, according to police communications.

Details were sketchy at press time, but police communications say the scene involved "minor extrication."
