i found this map quite hilarious. i live in Seaside, however I am not italian pretty much sums up the summer invaders lmao. but really confused about Freehold and Howell area map, not ALL of the homes are McMansions lol. Also the entire shore is Springsteen country, whats that all about? he is from Freehold, and plays occasionally in Asbury Park. Someone fill me in on that one. lol

Come on... "Pretty Much Alabama" "Italian Guys in Wife Beaters" and "Canadians and Philly Trash" are pretty much spot-on. I always wondered as a kid, what brought Canadians to Wildwood?!

I kinda find this funny and sad at the same time. It speaks to the diversity in the state and also some of it's issues. Why would anyone want him fired over his opinion and views of our State. You might not like it but as American's you should defend his right to express his opinion. Politically correct speech is limited speech. Think of it this way would you want your job to depend on your opinion always being in line with whoever decides what it should be?

I worked in NJ for over 27 years in the, "EXECUTIVES LIVING IN MANSIONS DRIVING MERCEDES-BENZES" region and I'd say that not only is this hilarious, it's also mostly dead-on accurate!

It seems from the comments that the ones most comfortable with the map are those in areas with "nice" names. Of course, you're not going to have a problem if you live/work in "executives living in mansion driving m-b" or "happy white people". You're proud to be in that area of the map, aren't you?

wow....guess it's a good thing there are enough politically correct people to balance out the not so. again, another resident of the "happy white family" section that wants every one to lighten up about the ethnic comments. Being politically incorrect is one thing but telling someone to lighten up because you don't think it's insensitive is another. For those commentors who think others should "lighten up" is there any ethnic or racial slur that would be offensive to you or are they all acceptable. One other thought, that "happy white family" section where many of us live, what do you tell our black, asian, hispanic, etc neighbors who also live there? Guess they'll have to be "happy white" too.

Haha!!!! Mostly accurate...except the mid- to lower eastern part of Christie Country (the part closest to NYC) shouldn't be in Christie Country. It should be labeled "Limo Liberals & Lots 'n' Lots of Koreans"!
