A Point Beach man is facing indictment on charges that he sexually assaulted a 9-year-old child, according to a copy of the Ocean County indictment.
Jose J. Dominguez Delacruz, is indicted on charges of aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, states the indictment, which is dated Feb. 7.
Bail was set at $250,000, no 10 percent, and had not been posted as of Thursday.
Delacruz, "in or between September 2010 and September 2011, in Point Pleasant Beach, committed an act of sexual penetration and an act of sexual contact upon J.F. when J.F. was less than 13 years old........" according to counts one and two of the indictment.
Count three of the indictment states that during that same time frame, Delacruz "having a legal duty for the care of, or having assumed responsibility for the care of J.F., born July 17, 2003, knowingly did engage in sexual conduct with J.F., which would impair or debauch the morals of said child........"
An indictment is an accusation, not a conviction.

Putting identifying info on this child is inappropriate. His initials and birthdate could help identify them to people they may know. Too much info.
