A Manasquan man was arrested and charged with drunken driving early Tuesday morning after a Wall police officer noticed him driving on only three wheels, police said.

Richard Peoples, 57, of Point Pleasant, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at Routes 33 and 34 in Wall late Saturday night, Sgt. Frank Lancellotti said.
Wall Patrolman Hunter Brockriede was the arresting officer.
Wall Police also arrested Joseph Rosato, 20, of Ridgefield Park. He was arrested and charged around 9:30 p.m. Saturday with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana following a traffic stop on Route 35.
Detective Sean O’Halloran was the arresting officer, Lancellotti said.
