  Pleasant (July 21) &amp\; Long Branch (August 25* No beer garden).\nThe
  Festival is produced annually by a completely volunteer non-profit orga
 nization\, The Jersey Shore Jazz and Blues Foundation. The proceeds from
  the festivals help fund education\, scholarship and outreach programs.\
