 For Life event.\nThe American Cancer Society Relay For Life requires one
  chaperone\, 25 and older for everyten youth team members. For this even
 t\, a youth is considered anyone 18 and younger.All chaperones and youth
 s should be registered on a team (www.relayforlife.org/pointboronj) as w
 ell as complete a youth participation form. Forms can be received at tea
 m captain meetings or downloaded from our RFL event website.
