DESCRIPTION:Barnegat Bay Blitz - A Watershed-Wide Cleanup!\nPoint Pleasan
 t Borough volunteers will be meeting at the Community Park on Bridge Ave
 nue at the corner of Beaver Dam Road starting at 8:30 AM for a 9 AM star
 t time.&nbsp\; This will provide an opportunity to distribute supplies a
 nd split into groups to address the various site locations.&nbsp\; There
  will be gloves for everyone to use but feel free to bring your own.&nbs
 p\;\nPlease wear long pants and boots (or old sneakers) and dress in lay
 ers.\nThe Barnegat Bay  Blitz is a significant demonstration of the DEP'
 s commitment  to restoring the health of the bay\, for which a  comprehe
 nsive ten-point action plan was announced on December 9th\, 2010.&nbsp\;
  The first Blitz took  place on October 18th\, 2011\, when volunteers fr
 om DEP\, including senior  management\, plus dozens of schools\, senior 
 citizens\, environmentalists\,  businesses\, and even military personnel
  braved rainy weather\, fanning out to  marshlands\, creeks\, marinas an
 d the bay itself to clean up trash and debris as  part of the first Blit
 z.\nWe are stillaccepting volunteers for this second round.\nHelp make t
