Join the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation at the Band Shell on Sunday, May 20, to participate in the 2012 Point Pleasant Great Strides walk! The event, which is supported by national sponsor Abbott, offers an opportunity to help raise awareness and funds for this life-threatening disease. This park, close to the train station, is surrounded by a beautiful lake. There is also a stage, used for announcements, summer concerts and fun. The park is also a memorial.
