"Hanging of the Greens" Worship Service

On this First Sunday of Advent, we invite you to join us for a "Hanging of the Greens" worship service, a single service at 10:00 a.m. Many hands are needed, young and old, to help decorate the sanctuary, narthex and Chittick Lounge afterwards. Plan on wearing comfortable clothes and shoes, then staying on afterwards, if you can, to help with the decorations. The event will close with a delicious (and kid-friendly) luncheon provided by the Kitchen crew. Parents are asked to please bring children directly to Church School at 10:00, then come to worship. They can either pick them up at 11:00 as the service concludes, or have them stay on afterwards for special craft activities and the luncheon. All are welcome!

More About Point Pleasant Presbyterian Church
Point Pleasant Presbyterian Church is conveniently located on the corner of Bay and Forman avenues. The church has been serving the community since October of 1882, and growing each year. Sunday Worship is held from 9am to 11am, with Rev. Carl Wilton and Rev. Linda Chase. The location also houses the Point Pleasant Presbyterian Education Annex, a rental hall available for use by community organizations, as well as the home of the Sunday Church School and Point Beach Prep Preschool on the building's lower level.
