Center for Healthy Aging at Kimball Medical Center Presents ‘HealthEASE Move Today’

A body in motion will stay in motion. Not only is this phrase used to summarize one of Newton’s three laws of motion, but it’s also true for the human body. Exercise and physical activity are essential components of a healthy lifestyle.

The Center for Healthy Aging at Kimball Medical Center, a Barnabas Health facility, will present HealthEASE Move Today, a non-aerobic exercise program designed to help older adults improve their physical capabilities.
