Kids Cooking Class at Lunch Break
Look who’s cooking at Lunch Break...Monmouth County's oldest and largest soup kitchen, and more, in Red Bank.
Are your kids between the ages of 5-12? Would they like to learn how to cook? Would they like to help serve their community? (All meals prepared by students are then served the following day at Lunch Break.) Would they like to earn a cooking badge for Girls Scouts or Boy Scouts? This is a great way to do it!
Students learn about kitchen safety, sanitation, cooking methods, knife skills, proper measurements and kitchen tool identification. Class size is limited! Registration is required! SO HURRY! Classes are held on Wednesdays, beginning February 5, from 4:30-6:30pm at Lunch Break, 121 Drs James Parker Blvd., in Red Bank.
