Officials Take Steps Toward New Recreation Facility
Sale price of the property was $2.97 million.
Mayor William Schroeder, Borough Attorney Jerry Dasti and Mike Henderson, an attorney representing Granite Development Group, were on hand at Point Pleasant borough hall this morning to sign the documents needed to close on a property, which is planned to be the site of a new recreation facility in town.
The sale price of the property, at 860 Arnold Avenue, was $2.97 million and the property is approximately 2.75 acres, officials said.
