Point Beach Library to Present 'Weird NJ' Lecture Thursday

A range of interesting and odd topics will be discussed

The Point Pleasant Beach branch of the Ocean County Library will host "Weird NJ," a discussion on "places, faces and events that make NJ both weird and wonderful."

The discussion, which will begin at 7 p.m., will include such topics as local landmarks, shipwrecks and even the Jersey Devil.

The lecture will be presented by independent historian Rochelle Christopher of Victorian Vanities, Inc.

The library, located at 710 McLean Ave., has asked those interested in attending to register for the event.
