Point Boro Volunteer First Aid Squad Asking for Donations

Squad says donations needed so volunteers can keep serving the community

The Point Boro First Aid Squad is asking the community for donations so residents can continue to benefit from an all-volunteer squad.

"The members of Point Boro First Aid Squad are reaching out to you, the homeowner, resident, taxpayer, visitor," says a letter mailed from the squad to local homes.

The letter says that in the past only about 20 percent of local residents donate to the squad.
