Three weeks after a fire left nearly of third of the towns' boardwalk businesses in ruins, Seaside Heights and Park were busy putting the pieces back together.
A few of the visitors were wearing swim trunk on this October day and wading in the water. Others were wearing jeans and hardhats, working their way through the scorched timber.
