UPDATE: Point Beach Woman Charged After Three-Car Accident On Route 88 Bridge

A Point Pleasant Beach woman has been charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence after an accident on the Route 88 bridge in Point Boro Thursday night.
Police responded to the three-car accident scene at approximately 10:33 p.m. A portion of the road was temporarily closed down until 11:21 p.m., according to police.
The Point Pleasant Beach woman was identified as Patricia L. Murran, 43, said Captain Richard Larsen.

Larsen said the police report had not been completed so he was not yet aware of any injuries.
