American Cancer Society Relay For Life Mandatory Chaperone and Team Captain Meeting

All chaperones and team captains (or team representative) should attend this meeting on April 24th. 

  • The American Cancer Society Relay For Life (held May 9-10th) requires one chaperone, 25 and older for every ten youth team members.
  • For this event, a youth is considered anyone 18 and younger.
  •  All

    chaperones and youths should be registered on a team (www.RelayForLife.org/PointPleasantBoroNJ) as well as complete a youth participation form.
