More than 25.8 million people in the U.S. have diabetes. Learn how to manage your diabetes with this program, taught by registered nurses and registered dietitians – all certified diabetes educators. Offered by Kimball Medical Center, this program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association and held at Kimball’s Center for Healthy Living, located at 198 Prospect Street in Lakewood. Registration is required by calling 1.888.724.7123. Program attendees will need a doctor’s prescription and will be billed to Medicare or your insurance carrier.
