Point Pleasant Youth Football and Cheer

The Point Pleasant Youth Football and Cheer organization will be holding it's first registration for the upcoming 2013 season at the Point Pleasant Public Library on Beaver Dam Road on Thursday, February 21st from 6-8:30 PM.  The organization is part of the Jersey Shore American Youth Football and Cheer League and takes in youth players/cheerleaders from Point Pleasant Beach and Boro, Bay Head, Mantoloking and Lavallette.  The league is a non-profit organization whose main goal is to provide youngsters with a place to learn the basics of football and cheerleading in a safe and fun environment.  Along with the mainstreamed program, the PPYFC offers a Challenger program for children with special needs.  The Board of Directors, along with several coaches, will be on hand to answer questions and assist families with their registrations.  Future organization meeting dates and registrations will be announced shortly so keep on the look out!
