Celebrate the Easter Season with Sister as she unearths the origins of Easter bunnies, Easter eggs, Easter baskets, Easter bonnets, and, of course, those yummy Easter Peeps.  Sister’s Easter Catechism: “Will My Bunny Go To Heaven?” will grace the stage of the Stockton Performing Arts Center on Sunday, Feb. 10.

Show time is 2 p.m.  Tickets are priced at $35 and $20. Tickets may be ordered online at www.stockton.edu/pac or by calling the Box Office at (609) 652-9000.  The Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and ninety minutes before the performance.  For Group Sales, call (609) 652-4786.

Sister’s Easter Catechism: “Will My Bunny Go To Heaven?” is called “uproarious interactive theatre” by The New York Times, “gloriously funny” by The Chicago Reader, and “a howling comedy” by The Catholic Standard.

The audience will take part in Sister’s outrageous Easter sermon!  Sister’s Easter Catechism: “Will My Bunny Go to Heaven?” is the funniest catechism class ever! This hilarious one-woman hit is part interactive catechism class and part stand-up comedy routine. Created by Maripat Donovan and Mark Silvia, the show is the latest installment in the wildly popular Late Nite Catechism series which has played to full “classes” in its home city of Chicago since opening in 1993, and has enjoyed similar long-running success in cities around the world, including New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, Vancouver and Sydney.

Sister will answer questions about Saint Francis, patron saint of animals, as well as pet heaven, and the significance of those adorable baby chicks. Audiences will participate as Sister runs her own version of the Easter Egg Hunt, with special rewards and candy giveaways in this brand new seasonal treat!

For our patrons with special needs, the Stockton Performing Arts Center offers wheelchair accessible seating, large type programs, and listening assistive devices.  Please identify any needs you may have when making a reservation.
