Navigating a Hospital Stay
Tuesday, October 29 at 2 p.m.
Join health coaches from the Center for Healthy Aging at Kimball Medical Center to learn simple ways to de-stress before and during a hospital stay. Refreshments will be served. This free event will take place at the Manchester Branch of the Ocean County Library, located at 21 Colonial Drive in Manchester. Registration is required by calling 732-657-7600.
