Sacred Om Yoga Center is offering a
donation-based yoga class to benefit Mary's Place by the Sea, an
organization that provides an innovative approach to caring for women with
cancer during and after treatment.
On Sunday, Jan 5 from 11-12:45pm Form, Flow and Float ($20
donation) will be taught by Allison Kane. Our class will progress from
warm-ups through a variety of heat building poses, and conclude with several
restorative poses so that you can leave rejuvenated and ready for the rest of
your day!
All services provided by Mary's Place by the Sea are free to their
guests. Your $20 donation will be go directly to them. Together, we can
