Sun"rise" Salutations on the Beach

Join Every BODY's Yoga at The White Sands as we go through the flow of a sun salutation on the beautiful beaches of the Jersey Shore. Class will begin with a short meditation before completing 12 rounds of sun salutations facing the rising sun. Students will be lead through their flow with verbal and visual instruction before completing them while listening to mantras. This experience will allow you to invigorate both your physical and spiritual bodies. 

Cost:$15 per person

*Children above the age of 6 are welcome!
