A fundraising festival featuring live performances all day long by some of best local bands around as well as fresh new artists! www.techfestmusic.comThe OCVTS Audio Recording Program and the Performing Arts Academy proudly presents "Tech Fest Four," a fund-raising festival that provides scholarships for students interested in pursuing a career in the technical field. Offering two performance stages, the festival will incorporate live performances from fresh, young artists with limited experience to the best in the business. Along with the ...quality entertainment, you will be able to enjoy food, concessions, and artist merchandise. The benefit is organized, operated and monitored by the students of the OCVTS-PAA tech club and Mr. Bill Bourke, and Mr. Zack Slater.
This process is a journey with all the right directions. Mr. Bourke, and Mr. Slater train all of the tech club members the proper way of hosting a fund-raising festival. The students train throughout the year to perform tasks that include: stage and sound set up, mixing, lighting, and live recording. “TechFestFour” offers the students the opportunity to work hands-on in a real world concert atmosphere.
Support New Jersey artists and aspiring high school students performing at their best. Be there at the Brick Presbyterian Church in Brick, New Jersey MARCH 15, 2014. Doors open at 2pm, with our first act kicking off at 3pm. Tickets are $10, and all the proceeds go to future scholarships for our tech students.
