Dig for a Cure Fundraiser at The Headliner

On Saturday, March 24 The Headliner in Neptune (1401 Route 35) will open its doors for a different kind of party--a fundraiser for Jackson resident, Joe Wehner. Joe was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma and is currently receiving chemotherapy treatments to battle the disease. Joe is a self-employed excavator and father of two boys, ages 5 and 8. His family is holding a benefit, Dig for a Cure, in hopes to raise money for medical expenses.

The benefit is from 3 to 7 p.m. and will feature face painting and games for the kids, 50/50 raffles, a basket auction, food and music by DJ Charley Bucket. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for kids (under 15.) To purchase tickets or for more info call 732-773-1596 or email digforacure@gmail.com.
