Made a Mistake

I incorrectly read the provisions of the "municipal tool kit" legislation to include an opt-out provision for NJ Civil Service System. It was discussed by the legislature, but was not enacted. I was correct that only about a third of all of NJ's towns and cities opted to be included in the System. I apologize for the error on my part.
