Point Boro Man Indicted on Stolen Property Charges

Grand juries hand up indictments

A Point Borough man is free on bail, but facing charges of receiving and dealing in stolen property.

Alan D. DeLaura, 21, of Wilmington Street was indicted by an Ocean County grand jury last week and accused of receiving more than $500 worth of jewelry stolen from a Point Beach woman and then selling the jewelry sold in the Borough and Beach between Oct. 21 and 28.

He was initially held on $10,000 bail but posted Jan. 15.

Grand juries also indicted:

  • Phillip Langone, 32, of Point Beach and Tara Crincoli of Lakewood on drug charges.

Between Sept. 27, 2010 and Nov. 22, 2010, Langone possessed cocaine with the intent to sell and distributed less than 5 ounces of the drug in Toms River, Lakewood, Brick and Berkeley, the indictment states.

He and Crincoli also were charged with conspiracy to manufacture, distribute and/or possess with the intent to distribute cocaine.

Crincoli also was accused of possessing cocaine in Brick and Lakewood on June 6, 2011, as well as possession with intent to distribute in Brick on June 6, 2011.

Langone was initially held on $150,000 bail but posted March 28, 2011. Crincoli was released on her own recognizance.

  • Jonathan A. White of Brick on drug charges.

White was arrested May 12 in Point Borough and accused of possession of heroin and cocaine as well as possession with intent to distribute heroin. 

He was released on a summons.
