Woman "Stable" after Car Hit Fence and Tree in Point Boro

An SUV crashed into a tree and fence just off Eisenhower Drive North and Barclay Drive

A woman who had been in a sport utility vehicle that crashed into a tree and fence was transported to Jersey Shore Medical Center and is in stable condition, according to members of the Point Boro First Aid Squad.

A light tan sport utility vehicle crashed into a tree and fence in a driveway on Eisenhower Drive North, just off Barclay Drive.

An email message from police scanner reports said, "The female victim has been removed from the tree and vehicle."

The Point Boro First Aid Squad and the local EMS Squad were among the ambulances that had responded to the scene.

Ambulances and police cars had cleared the scene by 4:30 p.m.
