This guy stole a windchime and hanging basket from me last year. I found out because someone told me to look in his yard and sure enough my windchime was hanging right there by his garage door.

Patricia why cant they do something about this guy??? If he is stealing all this stuff and they basically know it they something should be done to him.. put him away.. lock him up for a very long time.. Obviously there is something very wrong with him if everyone in town knows he lives on Arlington and Clifton Avenues.. So why is he not in jail if its him who has everyones possessions?? Go Figure.....
