Former Point Boro Man Indicted on Multiple Burglary Counts
Charges are in connection with burglaries last summer
A former Point Borough man broke into four bars and restaurants there last summer and stole more than $500 in cash from one of the bar owners, according to an Ocean County grand jury.
, according to a grand jury indictment issued this past week.
The Riptide had been at 3126 Bridge Ave., but has since closed.

The indictment accuses Richards of breaking into , 2114 Route 88, and stealing between $500 and $75,000 in cash on Aug. 7, 2010 and The Cookie Lady, 2501 Route 88 on the same day.
He is also charged with breaking into the China 88 restaurant on Aug. 11, 2010.
