'Jersey Shore' T.V. Star Michael 'The Situation' Sorrentino In Legal Trouble Again

"Jersey Shore" reality TV star Michael "The Situation" Sorrentino is in legal trouble again.

He and his brother, Marc, have been sued by their former attorney who claims they bounced checks and owe $29,000 legal fees.

The flawsuit alleges the firm is owed $29,175.20 for legal services and seeks reimbursement for two bounced checks, according to The Asbury Park Press. The lawsuit comes as the Sorrentino family, now starring in their own reality series, prepare to open a second Boca Tanning Club in Manalapan.

Sorrentino gained notoriety with the debut of MTV's "Jersey Shore" since years ago that portrayed the wild antics of a group of tourists living in a house in Seaside Heights.

A grand opening of the tanning salon at 357 Route 9 soutbound in the Town Pointe Center in Manalapan, is scheduled for Saturday, according to The Asbury Park Press.

Last month, "The Situation" was arrested after a fight at a tanning salon. Middletown police to the Boca tanning salon at around 2:10 p.m. Tuesday on a report of a fight in progress, according to ChasingNJ on My9.

Boca Tanning Club is a Florida-based company with franchises in Florida, Texas and New York. The Middletown location is the company's first foray into New Jersey.

Some two dozen fans arrived at the grand opening on Saturday, the report said. Many took to social media to share photos of the business and Sorrentino during an autograph signing.

Sorrentino and his family have been filming a new reality show called "The Sorrentinos." An announcement of what network the show will appear on has not yet been made.
