Man Arrested On LBI For Failing To Wear His Seatbelt - Some Time Ago
Joel Caputo had an active arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on a seatbelt violation with $81.00 bail set
A 27-year-old man was arrested Thursday for failing to appear in court for an old seat-belt violation, police said.
At approximately 1:50pm, police stopped a vehicle for failing to keep right. Further investigation by the officer found the driver, Joel Caputo, 27, of Bristol, Pa. to have an active warrant out of Dennis Township Municipal Court, police said.
The active arrest warrant was for failure to appear in court on a seatbelt violation with $81.00 bail set.

Caputo was placed under arrest, transported to police headquarters and released on his own recognizance pending a future court date in Dennis Township. A motor vehicle summons was also issued.
