A 34-year-old Jackson man remains jailed after Point Pleasant Boro police arrested him in January on heroin and crack possession charges, police said.
Detective Joseph Hynes and Detective Edward Miller arrested Timothy Guzman on Jan. 15 near Jordan Road.
Guzman was charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute, heroin and crack possession and obstruction of the administration of law.
Guzman was also found to be in possession of a quantity of pills, which were pending a lab analysis.
Guzman was lodged in the Ocean County Jail in default of $10,000 bail.
