One incident occurred at Amethyst Beach Motel, Arnold Avenue

A 28-year-old Plumsted woman is in Ocean County Jail on $150,000 bail after being charged with sexually assaulting two 15-year-old boys at the Amethyst Beach Motel on Arnold Avenue in Point Pleasant Beach and in Plumsted, law enforcement authorities said Wednesday.

Leta E. Huitron, of Meadow Brook Lane in the township's New Egypt section, is charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, with bail set at $75,000, with no 10 percent option, for each set of charges, authorities said.

Deputy Chief Michael Mohel of the county prosecutor's office said Huitron is accused of sexually assaulting the boys on March 25 in the New Egypt section of Plumsted and on Oct. 1, 2010, in Point Pleasant Beach.

Mohel said the boys' mother reported the alleged assaults to Plumsted police.

Point Pleasant Beach Detective Patrick Petruzziello said the incident in Point Beach occurred at the Amethyst.

"The victims were living in the motel with their mother, who was not home at the time of the assaults," he said.

Petruzziello filed a complaint against the woman, who also was charged by Plumsted police Officer Brant Uricks. Detective John Murphy of the county prosecutor's Special Victims Unit assisted the two departments in the investigation.

There was no physical injury as a result of the alleged sexual contact, Mohel said, adding that the investigation is continuing.

Authorities are not releasing the names of the victim or their mother to protect the boys' privacy.
