Point Beach Fire Prevention Fair on Friday Night
Games, Buster from Blue Claws and more at Laurel Avenue fire house
Games, fun activities, Buster from Lakewood Blue Claws and more will be featured in the Fire Prevention Fair at the fire house on Laurel Avenue on Friday night.
Fire trucks will be on display, winners of a poster contest will be announced and the Ocean County Sheriff's Office will be making child photo ID cards. ID cards are for parents to always keep with them in case of an emergency involving their children.
The ID cards include the child's fingerprints, hair and eye color, name, address, phone number, blood type, height, weight, birth date and pediatrician's name and phone number.

Festivities at (Station 43) at 614 Laurel Avenue, across from Stop & Shop, will run from 6 to 9 p.m.
The event is part of Fire Prevention Week to raise awareness of how to prevent fires in homes and businesses.
