Route 35 construction continues today in portions of the state road between Point Pleasant Beach and as far south as Seaside Heights near the Route 37 pass.
The state Department of Transportation announced this morning that Point Pleasant Beach's Route 35 southbound lanes would be impacted at 9 a.m.
Route 35 southbound at Route 635-Broadway will have the left lane closed until 4 p.m. for scheduled construction.
Additionally, the DOT has scheduled construction south in Mantoloking on Route 35. The thorofare will have one lane closed on both north and south Route 35, between Route 51-Holiday Road to Curtis Point Drive. Construction is scheduled through 6 p.m.
