A Point Pleasant Beach man shoplifted at the former Foodtown, used force against a store security guard and had cocaine in Point Pleasant Beach on March 15, according to an indictment returned against him by an Ocean County grand jury.

The indictment alleges that Sean J. Papstein, 18, of Atlantic Avenue, "in the course of committing a theft, knowingly did use force upon Security Officer Robert Oakley, and/or knowingly threaten immediate bodily injury to Oakley."
