There were no injuries in a fire confined to the crawl space of a home on Bay Boulevard in Point Borough, according to the Ocean County Fire Marshal's office.
Ocean County fire marshals are still investigating the minor structure fire at the single family home at 1911 Bay Boulevard.
The incident, reported just before 9 a.m. Tuesday, was quickly contained by Point Borough fire department volunteers, assisted by mutual aid from Brick fire department stations 23 and 24.
Minor overhaul was required and emergency fire responders had left the scene by 10 a.m.
There was no visible external damage from the fire, according to county emergency communications management.
