A 33-year-old Point Pleasant Boro woman was arrested on drug possession charges recently after she was allegedly found with heroin in the area of Dunkin Donuts off Bridge Avenue, police said.
The call originated from an anonymous person that a woman in Dunkin Donuts needed some assistance, police said. Police investigated and also discovered the woman had an outstanding warrant out of Neptune.
Stephanie Ritter of Bay Avenue was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance after the Feb. 23 incident, police said.
She was also charged with possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, police said.
