Point Borough Councilmember and candidate Chris Leitner, along with his running mate, Brian Welch, will welcome 30th District State Assembly candidate Howard Kleinhendler, of Lakewood, and 30th District State Senate candidate Steve Morlino, of Howell Township, at the Democratic Club of Point Pleasant's meeting at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 19 at the Moose Lodge, 706 River Ave., Point Borough.
Voters are reminded that the Borough was moved from the 10th legislative district to the 30th legislative district in the redistricting caused by the last census.
The 30th district includes Lakewood, Point Borough, Howell, and the Monmouth County towns east of Howell between Bradley Beach and Manasquan.

Also attending will be former two-term Point Borough governing body member Shaun O'Rourke who, is Candidate Kleinhendler's running mate for the New Jersey State Assembly.
