Point Pleasant Beach Borough Council will hold its annual reorganization meeting 1 p.m. on Jan. 1, swearing in two Republicans to the governing body.
Tom Vogel and Tom Toohey will begin their terms as councilmen after being sworn in at the meeting.
Vogel was a Council member from 2002 – 2003, and Mayor from 2004 - 2007. Toohey previously volunteered locally to help with autism groups and rebuilding after hurricanes Irene and Sandy.
