The Ocean County Clerk's website has updated vote totals this morning. All vote totals increased, but the new figures do not change who won (see chart below).
Incumbent Republicans Antoinette DePaola and Bill Borowsky have defeated Democrats Jim McClure and Sal Martino for two, three-year seats, based on results so far.
Among the Point Pleasant Boro Board of Education candidates, in a race of four candidates running for three seats, incumbent Rick Ruiz and newcomers Nancy Pazienza and Peter Hetzel won. Former board member Brian Bartlett lost his bid.
See results for the municipal and board races in chart below.
Results will not be complete and official for a while. For one thing, Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno issued a directive Tuesday afternoon extending New Jersey's email and fax voting to Friday, according to nj.com.
The article reports: "In a directive issued this afternoon, Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno instructed county clerks to accept applications for mail-in ballots by fax or e-mail through 5 p.m. today. Clerks will process those applications throughout the week, and ballots must be returned by 8 p.m. Friday."
Also, the Ocean County Clerk website states that mail-in and provisional results will not be final until Nov. 21.
The following results are ONLY for how Ocean County voters cast their ballots.

Toni and Bill have kept their promise to run the positive campaign that residents deserve. They have a proven track record of saving the taxpayers money. Vote for Toni and Bill.
I'm glad to see that the residents saw thru all this BooHaa and voted to reelect Toni DePaola and Bill Borowsky, according to the Ocean Star tonight. . .
I have tried not to go back and forth with you regarding your false allegations of lies and insults made during the election. Everything I said was based upon fact and public records. If you weren't too "busy" to meet in a forum, I'm sure I would have proven each and every point I raised during the campaign. Instead, I think I will come to each Council meeting so we can discuss the issues in public. Sal Martino
