Point Boro High School Among Finalists In NJ101.5 Christmas Choir Contest

Winners were announced on-air on Monday

Point Pleasant Boro High School was among several schools that were finalists (listed below) in the annual New Jersey 101.5 Christmas Choir Contest.

The winners were announced on-air at 12:10 p.m. They were:

Overall winner ($1,000 and a Piano for the school from Worldwide Piano): Orange High School

$1,000 winner: Thomas Grover Middle School of West Windsor

$1,000 winner: Hurffville Elementary School of Sewell.

Finalists' audio will be available to play through Christmas Day on 1015.com.

Each finalist had its audio entry shared on-air and online between Dec. 2 and 20 and each had 24 hours to garner votes online. The list of schools and audio of their performances can still be accessed at NJ1015.com.

Emily C. Reynolds Middle School – Hamilton

Mount Saint Mary Academy – Watchung

Gertrude C. Folwell Elementary School – Mount Holly

Monsignor Donovan High School – Toms River

Judd Elementary School – North Brunswick

Northern Burlington County Regional High School- Columbus

John H. Walker Middle School – Nutley

Freehold High School – Freehold

Hurffville Elementary – Sewell

Immaculata Chamber High School Choir – Somerville

Thomas Grover Middle School – West Windsor

George J. Mitchell Elementary School – Little Egg Harbor

Orange High School, Orange
