From Point Pleasant Borough Schools:
Due to the increasing intensity of today's snowstorm, the District will be closing all schools early. Schools will be dismissed according to their half-day schedule.
Memorial Middle School students will be dismissed at 12 noon.
Point Pleasant Borough High School students will also be dismissed at 12 noon.
Ocean Road Elementary School students will be released at 12:25pm
And Nellie Bennett Elementary School students will be released at 1:05pm
Both Nellie Bennett and Ocean Road Schools will remain open two hours after dismissal for after-school childcare. This will be 2:25pm for Ocean Road School and 3:05pm for Nellie Bennett School
AM Preschool will be dismissed at the normal time, however PM Preschool will be cancelled.
All after-school activities are cancelled as well. Elementary walkers will be released to their parents and bussers will take their normally scheduled bus. Parents may also pick up their children early by signing them out at their school's Main Office. If a parent requires their child be held at School for additional time, please notify the Main Office immediately.
