Elks Pop Warner Football and Cheer Registration on Saturday

Registration for Point Pleasant Golden Elks Pop Warner football and cheer is on Saturday at the Elks Lodge, Arnold Avenue, Point Beach.

Registration is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

For flag football and flag cheer, for ages 5 and 6, the cost is $60 per child. Children must be 5 years old by July 31 to be registered for this program.

Mitey Mite through Midgets Football and Cheer, for ages 7 to 15, is $150 for the first child, $125 for the second child in a family and $100 for the third child.

The Golden Elks Pop Warner program is celebrating its 50th year.

New payment options including registering participants on Saturday, but deferring payment until April 1.

Challenger Football and Cheer, for children with special challenges, are free.

Registrants should bring the children who are being registered, a recent passport-size photo and insurance information.

All new participants should bring their original birth certificate and a copy.
