Fundraiser runs 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday
Eat at Hot Off the Press on Friday to help the Point Borough High School Boys Hockey team. Ten percent of proceeds from breakfast, lunch and dinner ordered anytime from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. will go to the hockey team. The shop, at 3126 Bridge Ave., Point Borough, is about half a block east of the Stop 'n Shop grocery store.

The players worked pucks along the ice, dueling three-on-three in a small game across the width of the rink, oblivious to the family members taking photos from the stands above. At the far end of the rink, a coach stopped play for a moment to explain something to the players, who were working on an offensive drill. Then quickly, they returned to playing.
