Numerous People Arrested Over Weekend

Drunken driving, minor drug possession, resisting arrest among charges

A slew of people were arrested and charged with varying offenses over the weekend, police said. Chelsea Hare, 29, of Allentown was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on I-195 around 12:15 a.m. Saturday. Patrolman Todd Verrecchia was the arresting officer, Sgt. Frank Lancellotti said. Glenn Sowul, 21, of Wall was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after he lost control of his car, struck a fence, a stop sign and a street sign on 18th Avenue aound 1:00 a.m. Saturday. Patrolman Jason Costantini was the arresting officer, Lancellotti said. Michael P. Kokolis, 18, of Middletown, was arrested and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana after being stopped at a DWI …

@nemi raf... marijuana has many health benefits and how many does alcohol have hmmm. Alcohol is legal because it kills people plain and simple. A form of population control. In this report where does it say they were smoking behind the wheel. If marijuana was legal they wouldn't be getting arrested for petty stuff like this.   more ›
