Wall Man Among Pair Admitting to Bribing Doctors
William Dailey, Wall, and a Nutley man plead guilty to federal charges
A Wall man and a Nutley man, former sales representatives of Biodiagnostic Laboratory Services LLC (BLS) admitted today to conspiring with others to bribe doctors to refer patient blood samples to BLS, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman announced. William Dailey, 41, of Wall, and Peter Breihof, 42, of Nutley, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Stanley R. Chesler, sitting in Newark, to charges of conspiracy to violate the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Federal Travel Act, according to a prepared statement from the US Attorney's office. Also, as referenced in the complaint, in addition to Breihof and Dailey, two physicians who were bribed by BLS have been cooperating with the investigation and have agreed to plead guilty.
