Clamdigger, If Osbornville shcool students were moved to Emma Havens and Drum Point school, it would work. Osbornville has 2 maybe 3 classes per grade,. I am not sure about the other side of town, but I would imagine Herbertsville or Lanes Mill or Midstreams would be a school with a small student population. Your idea would work without causing a large increase in class size.
