ReplyI only wish one more episode of Jersey Shore could be filmed so Harry could be in it! (A more genteel version, of course, showing hardworking shore dwellers...) Seriously, his visit brought people to the boardwalk and shore towns, and hopefully those same people will return once the summer season starts. It also was just a nice gesture on his part and seems like a friendly show of support. He didn't have to come to NJ.

ReplyD-Zone _ I don't know how old you are (and I'm not a big believer in too many laws) but DWI/DUI laws ARE effective even if they haven't eliminated problem completely! Stricter laws discouraged many sensible people from getting behind the wheel of a car while drunk — as has greater public sensitivity and awareness on this issue. Just talk to someone who remembers what it was like 20 years ago or more!

ReplyMy kid finally got texting capability on his phone in HS, but I still block internet access. It was really money decision, but as far as I'm concerned, that's also one more brake on those "instant decisions."

And this can be inspiration to check expiration dates for over-the-counter medications. I recently found the Benadryl I was using for allergies had been out of date since...I don't want to say.
